 Project Description:
3-level; 23,000 sf, masonry structure with structural steel, masonry with standing seam metal roof. Stucco, Hardiboard siding, architectural precast concrete coping and metal railings. Interior finishes: wood base and crown moulding, ceramic tile floors, carpet, maple cabinets, granite counter tops. Split mechanical system with VAV controls. Electrical included full data/telecommunications and automated lighting control systems.
