Project Description:
4-story; 20,000 sf office building. Structural steel, brick and pre-cast concrete panels and standing seam metal roof. Interior finishes: painted drywall, acoustical ceilings, carpet, and ceramic tile. Site work included site utilities, landscaping, irrigation and a parking lot.
