Developed waterfront property in Harborwalk area of Destin, Florida using over 100 foundation pilings to support the construction of a 40,000 sf, 4-level New Orleans style bar and restaurant to include the following

• Site Utilities
• Commercial kitchen,
• 200-seat restaurant
• Indoor and outdoor bar and eating area
• 7 two-story condo units with 6-person hot tubs on 4th level
• High end millwork and unique aged brick and stucco finish
• Wooden Bridge
