General Construction
As general contractor, it is our responsibility to organize, implement and control the project on the Owner’s behalf.  For over 34 years we have successfully completed projects in academic, commercial, government, healthcare, military, religious and industrial markets. Experience allows us to undertake this responsibility for projects of any size – from small single projects to $100 million and those with multiple phases.

Construction Management
As construction managers, we serve as a consultant to the Owner managing the entire construction process. We advise the Owner on such issues as constructability, schedule and cost and in other areas where construction expertise is valuable.  We provide supervision during the project construction and have functioned as Construction Manager on many projects.

Design / Build
Design / Build is a delivery method that uses a single contract to accomplish both the design and construction of a project. Having contractual accountability for the project, we are responsible for all building elements including providing the architect and subcontractors, controlling cost and quality, maintaining the project schedule, and completing the entire project from the design phase through construction and project turnover.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)
A building development tool that utilizes 5-D modeling concepts, information technology and software interoperability to design, construct and operate a building project, as well as communicate its details among the construction team.  Potential benefits can include:

  • Improved productivity due to easy retrieval of information
  • Increased coordination of construction documents
  • Embedding and linking of vital information such as vendors for specific materials, location of details
  • Increased speed of delivery
  • Reduced cost
Preconstruction Services
We offer a variety of pre-construction services that can facilitate any project during project planning. Our services include:
  • Cost Estimating and analysis
  • Constructability analysis
  • Scheduling and phasing
  • Methods and material input
  • Value engineering input and costing

Green Building
We can provide preconstruction, construction and program management services on LEED and anticipated LEED projects. We encourage a collaborative teaming approach on our projects by engaging the owner, design professionals, consultants, and subcontractors to reach the desired goal of sustainable construction.   We have trained LEED accredited staff members to support any level of “green construction” as desired.
