 Project Description:
111,000 sf expansion and renovation of multi-use retail complex, including new shopping areas, food court, and warehouse storage with brick loading area. Structural steel frame with brick exterior and a single ply roof system. Special equipment: material handling conveyors, hoists, trash compactors, and kitchen equipment. Sitework included site utilities, landscaping, irrigation, and parking lot repairs.
